CHEF BENDER - Even though he was built without taste buds, chef Bender takes tremendous pride in his cooking.  His meals are always seasoned perfectly, with a salt  content at least 10% below a fatal dose. His specialties include Neptunian slug, baked pony, and pie a-la-insect-swarm.

A protégé of master chef Helmut Spargel (whose stomach exploded upon tasting Bender’s cuisine), Chef Bender was awarded the illustrious title of “Iron Cook” when he defeated celebrity restaurateur Elzar in a televised cook-off.  However, out of modesty, he made up and accepted only the lesser title of “Zinc Saucier,” which comes with double prize money. If you’re ever in the mood for a delicious meal, look no farther than anyplace other than the location of Chef Bender!
